Terms of Use

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Coinblr ("we", "us"). If you don't agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By using Coinblr you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you post (analysis, comments, media). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the service.

You are solely responsible for your content and must have all necessary rights to it.

You agree not to:

• Post pump-and-dump schemes, market manipulation, or coordinated misleading signals.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Scrape, mirror, or resell our data feeds without written permission.
• Upload malware, spam, or sexually explicit content.
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

The Coinblr name, logo, interface, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

Market data is provided by third parties including Frankfurter, CoinGecko, and TradingView. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Third-party links are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Coinblr is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coinblr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading losses arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
